Brad Argo
Brad Argo is the Executive Producer at Blur MediaWorks. Brad comes to Blur with 10 years of media experience and his media background has an emphasis in videography and editing. His broadcasting career includes roles as a reporter in Montana, Colorado and Iowa. Brad has covered a number of major news events including the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, traveled to Mexico to cover immigration reform and the Iowa caucuses. His work as a videographer has earned him a number of awards including a National Edward R. Murrow award, numerous awards from the National Press Photographers Association and a 2007 regional Emmy award nomination.
Brad is a native Iowan, having grown up in rural southern Iowa. He earned a degree from Iowa State University with a degree in Journalism. He lives in downtown Des Moines with his dog Pepper. Brad is an avid outdoorsman if he isn’t working at Blur MediaWorks you can find him hiking, kayaking, climbing or backpacking.
